PC material has no toxic substances, has high heat resistance, good toughness and impact strength, high flame resistance, it has a wide range of applications in industry and construction, such as aircraft cabin covers, architectural special-shaped curtain walls, bulletproof glass, explosion-proof shields, etc.
It will not be yellowing, fogging, and decrease light transmission even exposure to the sun.
There is an anti-ultraviolet co-extrusion layer on the surface to prevent the resin from aging and yellowing caused by sunlight and ultraviolet rays. The surface co-extruded layer has chemical bonds to absorb ultraviolet light and convert it into visible light, which has a good stabilizing effect on plant photosynthesis (It is very suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from UV damage.)
Will not cause quality deterioration such as deformation in the range of -40℃ ~ +120℃
According to the national GB8624-97 test, it belongs to the flame retardant B1 level, no fire drop, no poisonous gas

Many scenic spots are located by the sea and some inland salt lakes, and the water is extremely corrosive! For such applications, all our aluminum profiles will be anodized, and all screw fittings are made of stainless steel, so our products can be well adapted to use in such an environment.
One of our representative projects is Chaka Salt Lake (China's mirror of the sky), with a total of 72 sets of 5.3+2.1M Dome House.
Chaka Salt Lake is famous for its rich green salt, and it has become the first green edible salt production base in China. Its salt content is higher than that of sea water and it is more corrosive. But our Dome House can be well adapted to the local environment and got high praise from tourists.
In high altitude areas, the temperature difference between day and night is usually large, and the ultraviolet rays are very strong. Human skin is easily burned by strong ultraviolet rays outdoors!
We use imported polycarbonate sheet from Bayer, Germany, with 80μ UV coating on both sides, 100% UV resistance.
One of our representative projects is made in Aba Prefecture.
Aba Prefecture is as high as 4,345 meters above sea level, with a natural grassland area of 11.5803 million mu. The scenery is particularly beautiful, but the air is relatively thin, and the ultraviolet rays are strong because of the high altitude. Our 100% UV resistance PC Domes are perfect for this kind of application.
Many tropical beach areas have particularly spectacular beauty for sunbathing and surfing, but the tourism experience was affected greatly by the hot temperatures.
For such high temperature areas, we also have corresponding solutions.
One of the representative projects we have done is in Sanya, Hainan, which is the southernmost province in China. The average summer temperature here is 37-39°C, and the weather often exceeds 40°C.
Here are our solutions for such a high temperature climate:
* Take the hot selling D4.5M and D5.3M as an example, the product comes standard with one door and two windows, and the windows and doors are equipped with screen windows to ensure air circulation.
* The product is equipped with specially designed sunshade curtains, which can not only protect privacy, but also have a good sunshade effect.
* The product can be upgraded with a top exhaust system equipped with a high-quality motor to enhance the staying experience
* Upgraded with the infrared coating material, which can cut about 90% of infrared rays in sunlight and has better thermal insulation performance. Compared with the conventional version, the body temperature difference is about 5℃.
The heat transfer coefficient performance of PC is much better than that of glass, and it is suitable for use in environments above -20°C.
Due to its excellent structural design and high strength of PC, its snow thickness can withstand more than 2M.
One of the representative projects we have done is in in Lanzhou city Gansu Province, the northwest part of China. The annual average temperature in Lanzhou city is 10.3 ℃, and the average temperature in winter is - 10℃ ~ 4 ℃. The outdoor temperature is - 4.5 ℃ during the day, the indoor air conditioning is turned on, and the room temperature is kept at 24.9 ℃. The outdoor temperature is - 3.9 ℃ at night, the indoor air conditioning is turned on, and the room temperature is kept at 20.9 ℃.
In the restaurant applications, the flexibility requirements for products are higher than those in other places.
The average restaurant may need 2-8 people, but there are also some restaurants that need a larger space, which may require more than 10 people.
So, we have products in different sizes and designs to meet the needs of different restaurants.
In addition, the cooking fumes in restaurants are generally relatively large, so the ventilation performance of the product is required to be higher, and we also have a corresponding solution for this.
